Your sunny summer drinking has arrived! What started life as small abv big body beer was refermented twice with fruit. Raspberry & strawberry, followed by white grape prior to ageing in Irish single malt ex white wine.
The tart "sour" aspect was achieved using pre-fermention acidification. Easy drinking, bright effervescent, with a fruity crisp nose medium body with a distinctive (but balanced) oak finish.
