Since 1626 the Trimbach family has, over 13 generations, been making the finest Alsace wines. This dry riesling is bursting with white pech, lime zest, nectarine and tart apple. It is a rich full bodied wine with a velvety textured mouthfeel and sharp acidity.
This vintage is noted for it's saline and mineral finish exceptional length and expertly balanced acidity and freshness. The purity and depth will allow this wine to lie for up to 20 years.
