Gin Mare is made in the small Spanish fishing town of Vilanova, just outside the city of Barcelona. Mediterranean Gin with addition of arbequina olives. Separately macerated interestingly citrus blend of sweet oranges from Seville, bitter oranges from Valencia and lemons from Lleida. It has herbaceous smell with dominating thyme and juniper, and taste of basil, rosemary, thyme and coriander. Gin Mare "colleccion de autor" is authentic and original, feels savory and different to other gins. When served with right tonic, makes for a delightful aperitif.
