Korbinian doppelbock is an excellent accompaniment to smoked meats and fish. It is also delicious with desserts or chocolate.
Tasting Notes:
Pale brown in colour with a dense foam head with a nose of a light fruity aroma. The sweet notes are offset by roasted malt flavours. Notes of plums and figs, balancing the dark malt aromas reminiscent of toffee, nuts and chocolate.
