Nose:

Exceptional nose. Loads of tropical fruits. Strong coconut and banana notes. Mango and freshly peeled pineapple. Richer stoned fruit in the back ground with some oak and spices. This whiskey really stands out over other sherry finished Irish Single Malts.

Palate:

Sweet, medium bodied palate. The tropical fruits continue to open up. Vanilla and oak spices.

Finish:

Medium length finish. Spices and rich fruit linger.
