Brewed in partnership with our good friends in Blackbird, P.Mac’s and Cassidy’s (where it’s available exclusively on draft) our take on a classic west coast IPA is hopped at five different stages (that’s right, five) and packs a citrusy bitter punch loaded with grapefruit, lemon peel and mandarin orange. The bitterness is balanced by a caramel sweetness and an earthy spiciness from the addition of crystal rye malt. Enjoy with a stir fry, sweet potato, a mild curry or chicken wings.
