In Denmark the term ‘Peach Melba’ is usually associated with a yoghurt containing a fruit addition of peaches and raspberries. But probably not many are aware, that Peach Melba was originally a desert created by the famous French chef Escoffier in 1892 to honor the Australian soprano Nellie Melba.
Tasting Notes:
Containing very ripe peaches on vanilla ice cream, and later modified with the addition of sweetened raspberry purée. This more than a hundred year old creation has proved itself to be a winning combo, now offered to you also in this beery concoction.
