TO ØL 45 Days Organic Pilsner is the fourth product in our new Core Range is a real and authentic German Pilsner, lagered for 45 days(!!) in a -1 degree celsius room. Instead of cooling down the horizontal lager tanks, we cool down the room to make it as stable as possible. The result of a lower temperature during fermentation, maturation and lagering is a really clean (less esters, less un-wanted flavours), clear and crisp. The 3 C's :-)
