All-natural and handcrafted, Ancho Reyes Original and Ancho Reyes Verde are versatile spirits that can be used as a foundation for innovative, one of a kind cocktails, or as a modifier to add a complex heat and flavor to the classics.
Ancho Reyes Verde has a bright and herbal taste with notes of golden pineapple and a savory acidity finishing with the crisp, fresh heat of the poblano chile.
Cocktails:
Caught in the Rain (Pina Colada):
50ml Ancho Reyes Verde, 2 dashes of lime bitters, 50ml coconut water, 50ml pineapple juice, 25ml lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup, large pinch of coriander, 2 dashes of green tabasco.
Add all of the ingredients into a shaker, shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a coriander leaf.
Ancho Verde Daiquiri:
2 parts Ancho Reyes Verde, 1 part fresh squeezed lime juice, .5 part rich simple syrup.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake hard and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Spicy Verde Margarita:
Ingredients: 1 part Ancho Reyes Verde, 1 part Milagro Silver Tequila, ¾ part Fresh Lime Juice, ½ part Light Agave Nectar.
