An elegant Red and a velvety White!
This Gift Pack includes:
A nose with good aromatic intensity where red and wild fruit notes appear together with floral notes. Subtle and integrated barrel. On the mouth the fruit remains present, like the structure of the wine. The fine tannins and a good acidity result in an elegant Monte da Peceguina Red with good persistency.
Alcoholic fermentation and aging happen in stainless steel vats, where the wine ages for 9 months with bâttonage. The wine rests in bottle for another 9 months before being released. Pale yellow in colour with aromas of jasmine and ripe peaches. This wine has a velvety and creamy structure with notes of mango, peach and grapefruit. It's an extremely elegant wine and this harmony of aromas makes it perfect to enjoy by itself or pairing with more delicate dishes.
