Bourgogne des Flandres brewer Thomas Vandelanotte has created a hybrid beer by combining a beer based on 4 grains with exceptional grape musts from 4 different grape varieties: Solaris and Siegerrebe for their fruity and floral aroma, Kerner and Pinot Gris for their playful acidity.
