Timmermans Oude Kriek in a ruby dress spreads her charm and elegance in delicious big style. Already in the nose it develops a strong maturity by a typical fruitiness of the Schaerbeek cherry. It gets tougher in the mouth revealing the pulp and the cherry-stone. It brings out a rather natural roundness without submerging its lambics but fairly surrounding them like the protocol round a Queen’s royal household. It leaves a marvellous souvenir on the palate remembering the « kriek » of our forefathers.ABV5.5%
