Stéphane Montez Domaine de Monteillet Condrieu Les Grandes Chaillées is light straw yellow in colour with golden gloss. On the nose very elegant and fragrant with aromas of acacia, honey and toast. The palate is taut, straight, fresh and mineral with layers of complexity and flavour of peach, apricot and honey. Very long finish. A true taste of Viognier which will develop wonderfully honeyed secondary flavours after 10 years.
