Shortcross Gin

Shortcross Gin is distilled in Northern Ireland's first award winning craft distillery. It is distilled using the oldest German stills and new technology to provide you with a classic gin but with a unique twist. While you taste this gin you will be taken on a journey through the surrounding forests and gardens at Rademon Estate. Shortcross gin brings nature to life with floral notes of elderflower and elderberries. Local green apples provide freshness and lively sweet notes. Other ingredients include juniper berries, orange and cassia. All this is blended together with pure fresh water that is drawn from the historic estate of Rademon.
