Yuzu fruit, originating from China but very much associated with Japan, infuses our lager with a vibrant citrusy aroma and a complex, tart flavor profile. Its fragrant zest enhances the beer’s refreshing qualities, adding notes of lemon, mandarin and grapefruit.
