Currently in it's third generation, this winery is based on mainland Greece, just shy of 20km form the coast. With high temperatures and no irrigation, the vines are low yielding. This leads to great intensity and purity in the fruit and minerality of Greece's flagship white grape.
Refreshing, with great acidity, balanced with crisp fruit and subtle almond. A perfect wine for fish, salads, lighter chicken dishes or to enjoy on its own.
