Louis Jadot Fleurie Poncereau is very fragrant with fruity and floral aromas. The wine is mellow and elegant but also racy. The palate is silky with lovely finesse structure. It is full of flavours of ripe red fruits, balanced by a supple freshness and refreshing acidity and ended by a harmonious finish.
It will be a perfectly accompany red meats as well as cheeses, a goat cheese in particular.
