From one of our favourite Portuguese wine regions, Alentejo. Herdade do Peso grow native Portuguese grapes, Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional and blend it with some Syrah.
The result is a vibrant ruby wine, with robust flavours bursting from the glass. Red cherry, plum, blackberry and gooseberry. A combination of natural malolactic fermentation and 12 months in French oak, leads to exceptional depth and wonderfully silky mouthfeel.
