Goodbye Blue Monday was first brewed back in 2013 in collaboration with our good friends Begyle Brewing from Chicago. This Oatmeal IPA is brewed with Irish Pale malt & lashings of Irish Oats. Hopped continuously in the kettle with Citra & Colombus, then dry hopped several times with more Citra. It has been brewed in Ireland & Chicago numerous times since 2013 & its remained a fan favourite on both sides of the Atlantic ever since. Drink Fresh.
