Chateau D' Arveyres Bordeaux Superieur is made using 100% Merlot grapes and is then aged in large vats for 12 months. The result is a red wine that is bright cherry red in colour, with notes of red fruit and spice. The palate is fresh and lively that is characterised by strawberries. The tannins are soft and velvety that contribute to an expression of the classic Bordeaux style with the emphasis on balance and aromatic finesse.
Pairs well with lamb, poultry and a selection of goats, cows, and sheep’s milk cheese.
