We amped up our classic Berliner Weisse recipe to imperial status, used a shed-load of redolent El Dorado hops from the good old U-S-A in the whirlpool, and finished it all off by adding Gooseberry puree to the FV at a rate of 12g per litre and dry-hopping with Idaho 7.
