Ayinger Jahrhundert Bier was firstly brewed to celebrate 100th aniversary of the brewery in 1978. It is a golden yellow in colour.
Tasting Notes:
On the nose slightly flowery, yeast and honey aroma. It is full-bodied and little spicy in initial taste, mild before swallowing and soft with refined sparkle and fades with well-rbalanced hint of bitterness. Very easy drinkable and harmonious beer.
