Fernet Branca Liqueur is a bitter liqueur first made in 1845 and launched what would become the international company of Fratelli Branca. It is a style of amaro originating in Italy. Manufactured by Fratelli Branca and formulated in Milan in 1845, it is one of the best known Italian bitters. It is a blend of a what they describe as "dozens of herbs and spices from our continents."
