Bertha's Revenge Small Batch Irish Milk Gin displays spice and fruit on the nose, with cumin taking centre stage that is complimented by juniper, grapefruit, angelica and coriander. The palate is thick and mouth-filling, very smooth and soft without much burn from the alcohol. The flavours are more citrus dominated than the nose suggests with the spice elements coming through strongly on the finish. This is a serious gin, try it in a Negroni or classic Martini where the flavour should really shine.
