S. Martin Cantayano Verdejo

A serious wine from old vine Verdejo, farmed organically in Rueda, Spain. This wine has been made with minimal intervention, fermented in steel tanks, although 10% is aged on the lees in barrel.  This delvers both texture and freshness, with notes of fresh herbs, fennel, preserved lemon and white flower on the palate.Citrus notes and orchard fruits are accompanied with herbacous notes, a mineral edge and textured mouthfeel. This natural style wine oozes character, plenty of complexity and will have you experiencing something different on each sip.
