Finlands Coolhead Brew have been making some of the best Sours in Europe over the last few years so Garage has collaborated to make this fruited Berliner Weisse inspired by their Nordic flavours.
Tasting Notes:
Flavours of blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants and just a hint of liquorice to provide a real flavour of the North. The liquorice is subtle enough to not be invasive and it acts as a sweetener in an acidic beer with sour fruits.
