Western Herd's head brewer has been brewing more than beer lately. As a big fan of fellow Clare producers at Anam Coffee, he had an idea… a coffee blonde pale ale.
Tasting Notes:
Golden colour, clear with a clean white head. Big coffee aromas with honey and bread. Strong coffee flavour up front with slight under tones of vanilla and tropical fruit culminating in a sweet finish. Brewed with Strata, Amarillo and Cascade hops.
