Bourgogne des Flandres Blonde is a blend of Blonden Os, a 6.5% spicy blond beer that we have mixed with young lambic from the Timmermans brewery. We have selected a lambic with fruity citrus notes that harmonize perfectly with the slightly spicy side of Blonden Os.

The result is a fresh, sour, sweet and spicy beer with notes of orange, pepper and chestnut.
