Northern Monk Collab Bissell Brothers- Knucklepunk Time DDH IPA 7%ABV 440ml Can

Northern Monk has collaborated with Bissell Brothers to bring you their fifth 10th Anniversary release, a rebrew of 2017’s Knucklepuck, the second release in the Head of Design Jon Simmons’ Patrons Project series. 

Tasting Notes:

The same level of punch and intensity as original Knucklepuck but reworked to 7.0% ABV. They have added one new hop variety to the mix, Eclipse, which is rapidly becoming their favourite Aussie hop and one which pairs with and compliments the existing hop bill beautifully.
