Northern Monk - 7th Anniversary DDH IPA 7% ABV 440ml Can

We figured we'd celebrate our 7 year anniversary in style by brewing up an IPA with our favourite combinations of hops and malt. With a grist made up with high portions of wheat and oats, we went to town with an El Dorado, Cashmere, Citra, and Mosaic dry hop, with intense, tropical results.

Tasting Notes:

As you’d expect, the result is an IPA dripping in tropical juice flavours over punches of citrus zest, stone fruit, herbal spice and pine.
