Martin's Portrait Project Part 4 Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale (Brewed by Dot Brew)

Martin's Portrait Project Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale is the fourth in line of beers brewed to celebrate 40 years in Business.  

This is a collaboration with Shane of Dow Brew and oursleves.

A bright farmhouse ale aged in medium roast French Oak white wine barrels; Semillon & Sauvignon blanc which leaves a bright apricot nose, spicy dry undertones with a light oakiness and a bright mineral finish

We dedicate the portrait project to our late father. Each beer in this project will display a different landscape of some of his most favourite places.
