Marlborough - Pebble Dew Pinot Noir 2017

Pebble Dew Pinot Noir is a real drinking pleasure, light and lively, bursting with red fruit, strawberry, raspberry and dark cherry, it it falls perfectly in place on the palate with plenty more Morello cherry and end with a crisp, refreshing finish. The vineyards there are managed following organic principles, the grapes are hand harvested and gently handled in the winery with minimal intervention and no additives. Fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts and the wines are bottled with only a light filtration.
