Honoro Vera Garnacha is made from 30 - 40 year old vines located 700 - 900 metres above sea level in mainly slate and gravely clay soils vineyards of Calatayud. The juice is fermented for 15 days in small stainless steal tanks before aged for two months in French oak barrels.
