This Barley wine id aged in Olorosso with Ruby Port and Single Malt Finish. A bold series of barley wines aged in rich nutty sweet Oloroso barrels for 2.5 years.

Tasting Notes:

After the initial aging the beers were transfered into carefully selected finishing barrels, developing top notes to bolster the beers characteristic and flavour profile. Irish single malt whiskey ex ruby port barrels bring out a rich choclate sweetness and a round nutty aroma.
