Valdo Marca Oro Rosé Brut N/V

Valdo Marca Oro Rosé Brut is a dramatic sunset with plentiful beautiful bubbles in the glass, a purple-red in colour with shades of pink. On the nose reveals delicate aromas of strawberry crème, raspberry, delicate yeast, biscotti and floral notes. On the palate flavours of dry strawberry, pomegranate, vanilla crème, citrus spritz with mouth-filling, tiny, foamy bubbles. The medium dry wine shows a nice, round, warm taste with tempting fruit nuances and slate on the finish.  Big and impressive.

Sparkling wine is best served as an aperitif. Also, it is excellent with seafood, fish and delicate meats.
