Louis Jadot Bourgogne Pinot Noir Couvent des Jacobins has aromas of red cherry, cranberry and spice. The palate is dry, soft, silky and medium-bodied with fine grained tannins, mouth-watering acidity and lovely texture and touches of ripe raspberry fruits flavours. Pairs to perfection with duck, seafood and soft cheeses.
Red Wine with grapes selected from different villages of the Côte d’Or and Côte Chalonnaise. 25% of the blend is matured in oak. This wine reflects the Louis Jadot style, being silky textured yet full of plump fruitiness.
