this dessert beer was aged in Irish whiskey barrels for 6 months, then transferred onto Peruvian Chingama coffee beans, roasted locally in Co. Sligo by Carrow Coffee. Notes of sweet Irish whiskey, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar and ripe plums.
