One in, All in is brewed with The White Hag, Lines Brew of Wales and Fyne Ales of Scotland.
Together they put together the recipe, and decided on using Red X®, a speciality barley known for its red hue, for the first time. The Red X® sits in a sweet, but balanced roasty malt bill that brings a delightful backbone to the beer, as well as the red colour.
This is highlighted with a big hop fruit punch from Simcoe, Cashmere, Hallertau Blanc, Idaho 7 and Talus. It’s a delightfully easy drinking Red IPA and perfect for an afternoon of battling rugby.
