Trouble Brewing Vietnow IPA was brewed exclusively for P.Mac’s, Cassidy’s and Blackbird pubs, but due to their closure over the Covid 19 crisis we have been lucky enough this get this gem of a beer (available for a limited time only) in 440ml can format. Vietnow IPA is an extremely hoppy IPA that uses generous doses of Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic.
Tasting Notes:
The aroma dominates with intense floral and citrus against a relatively simple malt profile with just some crystal rye malt to help enhance the spicy character of the hops.
